The need for managing multiple projects, strategic business transformation and growth initiatives, has given rise to the discipline of program management.
Program managers need to be capable of managing large complex efforts, understand new and changing business models and manage the impact of individual projects on the organization’s structure and profitability.
To support the learning and development needs of program managers, PM Academy offers CPgM as a complete learning and support framework that facilitates development of Professional Program Management competencies.
It’s a process that goes beyond training, towards linking practical learning to performance on live programs.
The content and methodology of this program is aligned to PMI® (USA)’s Standards of Program Management as well as APM (UK) Methodology, “Managing Successful Programmes.” The syllabus is aligned to the PMI® Standard for Program Management Second Edition and the program’s goal is to mentor/coach participants to plan, manage and control programs using international best practices. Participants who successful complete and acquire the CPgM certification will be prepared for the Global PgMP® certification from PMI® USA.
