For nominated Program Managers, this program assists in developing knowledge competencies to decipher the “PgM Way” for strategic initiatives effectively. The program is aligned to the PMI^® Standard for Program Management (Second Edition). It can be used to mentor participants in planning, managing and controlling programs using international best practices.

The ECPgM program can be accessed in an online mode via web-sessions or in classroom mode involving a 3-day workshop. This program is ideal for senior project managers/ program managers with 7-10+ years of related experience.

There are 7 core competencies that the ECPgM program aims to develop for program managers. These comprise the practical powers every program manager needs to ensure consistent performance across multiple projects.
