Competency Development
There are 8 core competencies that the ECPM program aims to develop in project managers. These comprise the practical powers every project manager needs to ensure quality project process and results.
- Align the project to the needs and requirement of the customer and stakeholders
- Define the requirements, scope, and measure of success of the project
- Develop a schedule plan with various constraints using a software tool
