Practice of Project Management: The PMBOK® Way

Course objectives are covered in live web based mentoring sessions. The sessions are based around the Practice of PM Processes and real world experiences in form of case-lets to enunciate the key principles of PM. The participant will have access to the learning portal to view recorded lectures, content and assessments to reinforce learning.

- * Recorded lectures on PMBOK® Guide Process plus some general PM topics
* Each recording divided into few parts (part of a set) not exceeding 10 mins per part for better viewing experience
